This Privacy Policy explains how MK-Tools collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the MK-Tools mobile application and related RED20 server services.
1. App purpose
MK-Tools is a business utility app for authorized RED20 users to manage MikroTik hotspot and router tools, including Reset Tools, Voucher Generator, IP Binding, Router Manager, Router Status, Reboot, and related reports.
2. Information we collect
Depending on your account permissions and usage, the app may process the following information:
- Login information such as username, role, and account/session details.
- Router information such as router name, router ID, host/IP, API port, and related router configuration stored in the RED20 server.
- Voucher information such as generated voucher usernames, profiles, batch IDs, print templates, and status.
- Hotspot user information such as username, MAC address, profile, status, traffic usage, active session details, and comments when used for router management.
- App activity required to perform actions, such as reset, enable, disable, add, edit, delete, print, or share voucher data.
3. How we use information
We use the information only to provide and operate MK-Tools features, including:
- Authenticating authorized users.
- Showing permitted tools based on user role and permissions.
- Managing routers, vouchers, hotspot users, IP bindings, and related RED20 tasks.
- Generating, printing, and sharing voucher PDFs or voucher templates.
- Improving stability, security, and troubleshooting service errors.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not share user data with advertisers. Data is used only for the RED20/MK-Tools service and by authorized administrators or users within your organization according to permissions.
5. Ads
MK-Tools does not contain third-party advertising and does not use advertising SDKs.
6. Data security
MK-Tools communicates with the RED20 server through HTTPS where available. Access to app features is controlled by login sessions and server-side permissions. Users should keep their login credentials private and use only trusted devices.
7. Permissions and device access
The app may use internet access to communicate with RED20 APIs. The app may use Android device lock, fingerprint, or face unlock only when the user enables device security features. MK-Tools does not secretly access the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location.
8. Voucher sharing and files
When you print or share vouchers, the app may generate a PDF file temporarily on the device so it can be printed or shared through apps such as WhatsApp. These files are created only when the user chooses print or share.
9. Data retention
Router, voucher, and activity data may be stored on the RED20 server for business operations, reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting. Retention periods may depend on the RED20 administrator settings and business requirements.
10. Data deletion
Authorized users may request account or data deletion by contacting the RED20/MK-Tools administrator for their organization. Data deletion may be subject to business, security, legal, or backup retention requirements.
11. Children
MK-Tools is intended for business and administrative use. It is not directed to children.
12. Financial, health, and government use
MK-Tools is not a financial services app, not a health app, and not a government app. Sales and voucher reports, if shown, are business management reports only.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
